Join Todd in a week of serious frolic as we embody the Lila Tandeva, The Dance of Play. This retreat will create for you a space of support, a sacred platform to plunge your depths of practice, connectivity, and play. Take the journey of Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, and Myth interwoven alike, to expand the art of practice and play in our everyday. There will be a daily asana practice, a daily pranayama practice, mantra and meditation, and still moments for reflection and time to explore and enjoy the beauty of Gölköy's surrounding mountains and sea. 
Anusara means to "flow with grace", "To step into the current of your life." Created in 1997 by John Friend, this dynamic yoga brings together a philosophical Tantra of intrinsic goodness with the universal principles of alignment. To recognize and honor the good in all, we create a sacred relationship first to ourselves, then to our world.
All who come to this yoga retreat are welcome and encouraged, young and old, "new" to "advanced", including those who have previous injury or limitations.

Todd Tesen is a certified Anusara instructor. He hails from Los Angeles, Ca. where he began his intensive Yoga practice 15 years ago studying Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and then found Anusara Yoga in 2001. Upon this discovery, he has studied extensively with Anusara founder John Friend, and Dr Douglas Brooks, who is among the world's leading scholars of Hindu tantrism. Through their guidance, he has become an excellent example that anything is possible. Having taught nationally in the USA and in Mexico, he has also traversed Europe, teaching in the UK, Germany, and Greece. His teaching is playful and uplifting, creating a sacred space for his students to risk, to play, to discover their full empowerment.
Todd was also featured in the Greek Yoga World magazine Issues May/June and July/August 2007.
